Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site position located in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and execute high-quality visual designs aligned with brand guidelines. Key day-to-day tasks include creating digital and print materials, designing for marketing campaigns, leading design projects from concept to completion, and ensuring timely delivery of polished creative assets. This role also involves mentoring junior designers, collaborating with stakeholders for design feedback, and staying up to date with industry trends to continuously enhance design strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in Branding, Typography, and Visual Design principles
- Strong skills in Layout Design, Image Editing, and Print Design
- Ability to design for Digital Platforms, including web and social media assets
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior team members
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
