Duties
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our presence in the Commercial, Industrial, and Alarm System staffing markets.
- Identify new client opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations to secure staffing contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet technical specifications and project requirements.
- Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals through proactive outreach, effective communication, and deal closing strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to commercial industrial staffing and alarm systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the Commercial or Industrial sectors, preferably involving technology or alarm systems.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar sales management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a focus on enterprise selling and corporate clients.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Technical sales experience related to software solutions or alarm systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute them confidently.
