Overview
Join our new hospitality/property management business in Indio, CA helping us manage multiple vacation rentals, and creating a delightful and magical experience for guests. In this role, you will be work alongside the primary property manager/owners in building up efficient support system that ensures seamless service delivery across our vacation rentals, as well as executing site inspections, home technology enhancements, and guest experience enhancements.

Duties
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes in vacation rental settings, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Set up smart home technology systems to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Doing light enhancements and installations to ensure properties are ready for guests, and set up for a highly enjoyable stay.
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, turning challenges into positive experiences .
Experience
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests, team members, and management
- A car will be needed for picking up supplies, restocking homes.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or guest services roles is a plus, providing insight into hospitality standards and procedures.
- This role is perfect for someone in school looking for some part time work, experience scaling up a small property management business, and with an interest in hospitality and/or entrepreneurship.
