What You'll Do
- Provide oversight and support for the accounts payable process.
- Process and reconcile revenue cycle payments.
- Maintain fixed asset records and related reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and statistical reports.
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities.
- Support audits and other financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to answer financial questions and provide support.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three or more years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
- Healthcare accounting experience preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
