Job Summary
PT owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Austin, TX area is looking to add to it's team of top notch clinicians. Looking for a full or part-time PTA who possesses skills and desire to use a holistic approach of strong manual skills and functional progressive exercise programs. Strong mentor available to work side by side, so both experienced and new clinicians are considered.
We have a fantastic family oriented team. Our clinic specializes in foot/ankle but this is only part of our caseload along with running injuries, sports medicine and general orthopedic cases. We also see pre and post-op care as well. Our clinic is a fantastic learning environment and we not only stay up to date on the latest methods we learn from each other. We have therapists who are OCS certified, McKenzie trained, a foot and ankle specialist, and a therapist who specializes in runners. We offer top of the line options like detailed video running analysis and gait training, MLS laser, blood flow restriction, and dry needling. We utilize manual therapies, graston and dry needling to enhance our treatments. We take great pride in our excellent outcomes, and prioritize strong customer service leading to high customer satisfaction. We have exemplary reviews due to our top quality care and family environment. We are looking for clinicians who want to find the root of the issue and will provide excellent comprehensive care.
As a workplace we provide a close knit team who truly enjoys each other and is low drama. We offer flexible schedules for a great work-life balance. Most clinicians work between 24-36 hrs/week. We see a max of 2 patients per hour and have a great, well trained tech team as well. We just added 1000 sq ft to our clinic with a great high end gym. We also offer post -rehab personal training.
