Position Summary:
The Men’s Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized,
and welcoming environment within the Club’s locker room facilities. This role ensures the
comfort and satisfaction of members and guests by providing excellent service, restocking
supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist members and guest in a professional, courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and order in locker room areas, including lockers, showers, restrooms, vanities, and lounge spaces
- Restock towels, toiletries, and other amenities regularly
- Clean, polish, and maintain members’ and guests’ shoes to a high standard of appearance
- Monitor locker room supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishing
- Assist with lost-and-found items in accordance with Club procedures
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Ensure all areas comply with sanitation and hygiene standards
- Uphold member and guest privacy and security by following Club confidentiality protocols
- Respond promptly to member and guest requests, concerns, or incidents, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies
Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to:
1. Proven experience in hospitality, janitorial services, spa or facility operations
2. Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic
expected of all employees
3. Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
4. Self-motivated with desire to promote and market
5. Service and customer focused attitude
6. Experienced in written and oral business communications
7. Remain up to date on customer relationship management tactics and strategies
8. Experienced computer user including Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficient in other
applications, i.e. email, internet, tournament, and database.
9. Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community
