Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Clearwater, FL, for a CSR / Service Dispatcher. This position plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the company by coordinating technicians, managing schedules, communicating with customers, handling incoming calls, and helping ensure a five-star customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech savvy, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of moving parts.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in dispatching and coordinating service schedules

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking ability

• Ability to stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working with technology and dispatching/scheduling software

• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, home services, or construction is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
