Position Overview:
This is a performance-based role with unlimited earning potential. You’ll run service calls, diagnose issues, and present Good/Better/Best options to help homeowners make the right decision.
Responsibilities:
- Run HVAC service and diagnostic calls
- Clearly communicate system issues and solution options
- Educate customers on benefits, rebates, and financing
- Close equipment replacement sales
- Coordinate with office and install teams for smooth job execution
- Maintain professionalism and build long-term customer relationships
- Use ServiceTitan to create proposals and track jobs
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC service or sales
- Strong technical understanding of residential HVAC systems
- Ability to confidently present and close system replacement options
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional, dependable, and driven to succeed
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
