Licensed Massage Therapist

We are growing again!

We are looking to add another great Massage Therapist to our team!

Must be proficient in the Following or be willing to:

Deep Tissue knowledge and application of

Communication and understanding (both for customer and staff)

Team player (MUST) - We have a LOT of big groups and parties that book. Solo/Lone therapist do not work well here.

To learn all Spa services in house

Be present at all Team meetings

Able to work alone/Open/Close

Willing to work both locations (If needed)

Fri/Sat/ and Sundays on Rotation. (possible Mon, Tues and Thurs soon! )

Shift is 9-6 Fri & Sat and Sun 11-5.

I am willing to do 9-3 or 12-6 shift. We have later hours as well.

I am flexible with a schedule, reasonable when you need time off, understand limits of quantity of massages and am always there to support you as a therapist.

This is commission plus Tips.

Must provide own Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Performs massage and body services that meet the established guidelines for the type of service offering and that fulfill guest expectations.
• Meets the needs of the guest at all times throughout the service.
• Cleans and disinfects all equipment on a daily basis or as used.
• Begins and ends all treatments on time.
• Works assigned schedule and arrives and departs from their shift on time
• Ensures that work areas are clean and set according to procedures.
• Checks own clients out and reschedules for next visits.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license in massage therapy or other credentials required by Missouri
• Previous massage and body work experience. (will accept new graduates)
• Must be able to build rapport with guest.
• Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests. Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Strong team player.
• A comfort level with product recommendation.
• The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• This position requires the following abilities: balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, tactile sense, repetitive motions, seeing, hearing, talking, and visual acuity.
• The employee will be required to operate the following tools: massage oils and lotions, hot stones, hot cabbie, hand towels, and disinfectants.
