Three Folds Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

As a DSP, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while helping them develop independence, build life skills, participate in their communities, and achieve their individual goals.

We will train you if you do not have DSP experience. Paid training is provided.

What Does a Direct Support Professional Do?

Direct Support Professionals play an important role in helping the individuals we serve live safe, meaningful, and independent lives.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting individuals with activities of daily living and personal care
• Supporting individuals in developing and maintaining life skills
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and self-advocacy
• Supporting community activities and outings
• Following individualized service plans and behavior support plans
• Maintaining a safe, clean, respectful, and supportive environment
• Building positive and professional relationships with individuals served
• Providing consistent and compassionate support
• Completing required documentation accurately and on time
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, QDDPs, Team Leads, and other team members
• Reporting concerns, incidents, changes in condition, and other important information appropriately
• Supporting the goals, choices, and independence of each individual served
• Following company policies, procedures, and the established chain of command

What We Are Looking For

Successful DSP candidates should be:

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Dependable and reliable
• Able to maintain consistent attendance
• Compassionate and patient
• Professional and respectful
• Team-oriented and willing to work cooperatively with others
• Willing to learn and accept coaching and feedback
• Able to follow policies, procedures, and individualized service plans
• Committed to providing quality care and support
• Motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the organization

Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, group homes, or direct support is a plus, but not required.

Paid Training & Professional Development

Three Folds Care provides paid training to help employees develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in the DSP role.

Training opportunities may include:

• New Employee Orientation
• CPR
• CPI
• MAC I
• MAC II
• Ongoing refresher training
• Additional professional development opportunities

Shift Availability

We are currently recruiting applicants with availability for:

• Day Shift
• Evening Shift
• Overnight Shift

Full-Time positions are available.

Part-Time opportunities may be available for overnight shifts.

Applicants should clearly communicate their availability and preferred shift during the interview process.

Reliability & Attendance Expectations

Because our services are provided around the clock, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential responsibilities of the DSP position.

DSPs are expected to:

• Report to work on time and as scheduled
• Maintain reliable attendance
• Follow established call-out and attendance procedures
• Communicate promptly with the appropriate supervisor regarding attendance concerns
• Follow the established chain of command
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Complete assigned responsibilities during each scheduled shift
• Maintain professionalism when working with individuals served, coworkers, supervisors, and leadership

1:30 PM–3:30 PM
