What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities by:

• Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
• Promoting independence and life skills
• Supporting community outings and engagement
• Following individualized service and behavior support plans
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment
• Building meaningful, professional relationships with individuals served
• Documenting services accurately and timely

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn, grow, and make a difference

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training!
