Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Rental Coordinator, located in Everett, WA. The Rental Coordinator will support daily rental operations, including processing vehicle rentals and returns, coordinating between two locations, and responding to customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, accurately handling invoicing, and maintaining an organized workspace to support seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience handling and coordinating passenger vehicle and commercial truck rentals
- Attention to detail in Invoicing and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and systems related to rental operations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in rental services or related fields is advantageous
