Hair Stylist

Three Degrees Salon is a Japanese-concept hair salon in NYC’s East Village, with a new Flatiron location opening in December.

We’re looking for talented hairstylists to join our growing team at both locations.

We combine Japanese precision and attentive service with a diverse team and clientele. We welcome stylists from all backgrounds who are passionate about their craft and interested in growing their careers in NYC.

- Cutting Specialists

If you love cutting or want to further develop your skills, you’ll have opportunities to work with a wide range of styles, from layers and bobs to short cuts, across diverse hair types and textures.

- Colorists

From classic color to more creative and advanced color techniques, we welcome stylists who are passionate about color and eager to continue developing their skills and clientele.

- Stylists Interested in Perms

Perms, including digital perms, are among our salon’s specialties, and we have an established clientele for these services. Experienced stylists are welcome, and training is available for those interested in learning or refining their skills.

Whether you bring an established clientele or are looking to build one, we offer opportunities to connect with new clients through incoming inquiries and salon-generated appointments.

• Locations
• - East Village (near Cooper Union, at E. 6th Street and 3rd Avenue)
• - Flatiron (6th Avenue and W. 20th Street ; opening in December)
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time
• Compensation: Commission plus tips, with opportunities for increases based on sales performance
• Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan
• Qualifications: New York State Cosmetology License required to provide hair services; 5 years of professional experience preferred
• Flexible Arrangements: Schedules and compensation structures may be discussed based on experience, skills, and existing clientele
• Professional Development: Technical training and opportunities to refine your skills
