Job Summary:
The Supervisor of Provider Operations & Credentials is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of provider credentialing, privileging, and performance support functions. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, optimizes provider onboarding and credentialing workflows, and supports provider performance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care. Will lead the team and drive process improvements, and collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure seamless provider experience
Minimal Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Required: 3 years’ experience in provider credentialing, medical staff services, or healthcare operations
Preferred: 2 years of supervisory experience
