Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve residential and/or commercial gardens. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping landscapes healthy and attractive.

Responsibilities:

• Pruning shrubs, hedges, and small trees
• Weeding garden beds and pathways
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
• Identifying basic plant health issues and reporting concerns
• Maintaining a clean and professional worksite

Requirements:

• Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of plants, lawn care, and basic garden maintenance
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
