What We're Looking For
- 3 years of collision repair management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of estimating, production flow & insurance relations
- Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused
- Valid driver's license required; bachelor's degree preferred
What You'll Do:
- Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts & support staff
- Own P&L, KPIs, cycle time & productivity
- Hire, coach & retain top talent
- Build strong insurance and customer relationships
