- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Install new HVAC units, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local codes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication about services and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on jobs.
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects and mentor junior technicians as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in servicing and installing residential and commercial HVAC systems (required).
- Experience with boilers and hydronic heating systems is a strong plus.
- Valid HVAC certification or license (e.g., EPA 608 certification preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and installation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
