Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners door-to-door in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner.
- Educate potential customers about our services and schedule qualified appointments.
- Build trust through excellent communication and customer service.
- Accurately record customer interactions and appointment information.
- Work with team members to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals.
- Follow all company safety procedures and represent Three Brothers LLC with professionalism.
- Utilize bilingual skills when applicable to better serve diverse communities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, customer service, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not required—we provide training.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to earn performance-based bonuses.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
