Junk Removal Technician

Three Brothers Hauling & Logistics is looking for a dependable, hardworking crew member to join our team in the Raleigh area.

We provide residential and commercial junk removal, property cleanouts, furniture removal, dumpster cleanups, donation pickups, construction debris removal, and other hauling services throughout the Triangle.

This is a physical, hands-on position. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, able to work hard, and serious about showing up when scheduled.

What We're Looking For

The biggest thing we need is dependability.

When you are scheduled to work, we need to know that you are going to show up on time and ready to work. Our customers schedule around us, and one person calling out or not showing up can affect an entire day's schedule.

You should be:

• Reliable and able to consistently show up for scheduled shifts
• On time and ready to work, including early mornings
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and different weather conditions
• Able to lift and move furniture, appliances, mattresses, trash, and other heavy items
• Comfortable working in apartments, homes, commercial properties, storage units, and cleanout environments
• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently with a small crew
• Respectful toward customers, property managers, coworkers, and customers' property
• Able to stay productive without needing constant supervision
• Comfortable with physically demanding work

Job Duties

Typical responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading junk, furniture, appliances, and debris
• Assisting with residential and commercial cleanouts
• Dumpster and compactor-area cleanups
• Apartment and rental property trash-outs
• Donation pickups and drop-offs
• Moving furniture and other large items
• Sweeping and cleaning work areas after removals
• Helping organize loads inside our trucks
• Traveling between multiple jobs throughout the Raleigh-Durham area
• Taking direction from the crew lead and helping keep the day's route moving efficiently

Schedule

This position starts as part-time with a consistent 3-day work schedule.

Employees can choose between:

• Monday through Wednesday
• Thursday through Saturday

Work typically starts around 7:00 AM, and the end time may vary depending on the number and size of jobs scheduled for the day.

Because we schedule customer appointments in advance, reliable attendance is extremely important. If you choose a schedule, we need you to be consistently available and ready to work on those days.

Physical Requirements

Applicants should be able to:

• Frequently lift 50–75 pounds with assistance when necessary
• Carry furniture up and down stairs
• Be on their feet for extended periods
• Work outdoors
• Safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver bulky items

Experience with junk removal, moving, landscaping, construction, warehouse work, delivery work, or other physical labor is helpful but not required.

We can teach someone how we operate. Reliability, work ethic, and attitude are more important to us than experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
