Responsibilities
- Erect and set forms for concrete footings, slabs, walls, columns, vaults, decks, and other structures according to project specifications and drawings.
- Supervise the building, setting, and alignment of concrete forms, placement of reinforcements, and pouring of caissons, foundation walls, footings, and grade beams.
- Plan and coordinate assigned portions of projects, including ordering materials, managing crew members, and completing daily work reports.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets quality standards, maintaining a safe job site at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with the project manager.
- Demonstrate a client-focused and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the project manager.
Qualifications
- Experience with concrete forming systems such as Symon, Gates, EFCO, or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.

- Proven reliability and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
