Three Brothers Concrete is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Layout professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring site safety, quality, and efficient field operations for assigned projects. The Project Layout position is integral to the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities, working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality results. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment where your expertise in layout and project coordination will help drive the success of our projects.ResponsibilitiesPromote and enforce site safety and cleanliness, implementing Three Brothers Concrete's safety policies and procedures.Perform project layouts using Total Station and manage the overall project layout schedule.Record and maintain all layout point documentation for project files and future reference.Assist in managing the master schedule for projects, including tracking changes in schedule and scope.Support the setting and monitoring of production goals, analyze performance, and collaborate with foremen to address inefficiencies.Help oversee quality control programs and manage the execution of punch list items.Provide concrete crews and subcontractors with detailed breakdowns of daily work activities.Assist with scheduling tests and completing commissioning to meet project schedules and specifications.Ensure required inspections are scheduled, coordinated, performed, tracked, and closed out.Assist in managing special inspections and job permit sign-offs as required.Serve as a liaison between owners, general contractors, and the Three Brothers Concrete team.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsAbility to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.Experience quantifying work based on plans and design intent.Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint).Comprehensive knowledge of work sequencing and construction systems, including formwork.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and facilitate productive meetings.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to set realistic project goals and adapt as needed throughout the project lifecycle.Experience in problem prevention and resolution within project teams.Availability to work an average of 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Typical workday starts at 7am with a 30-minute lunch break.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
