Front Counter Service & Cashier:
Three Brothers Bagels storefront is located in Shaler Twp, PA in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. We offer a variety of bagels, spreads, and sandwiches as well as coffee and baked goods to our local community. Our store hours are Tuesday to Friday 7AM-2PM. Part time position is available.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Cashier is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high product quality in a fast paced environment.
The position will be responsible for assisting customers with their food and drink order, following up with customer inquiries, and ensuring orders are picked up.
- Preparation of coffee, tea and cold beverage drinks.
- Assist in organizing online and delivery orders.
- Portioning prepared deli items and baked goods.
- Stock open air cooler and self service counter.
- Washing Dishes
- Closing shift cleaning.
Must be available for entire shift starting at 6:30AM - 2:30PM.
This position reports to the Owners/manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using Toast POS system is a plus
