We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Team Member who shares those values and wants to be part of a team committed to excellence.

The Position

The Warehouse Team Member is a hands-on position responsible for receiving, handling, preparing, and shipping our premium outdoor furniture.

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Team Lead, who provides day-to-day direction, priorities, and support. Warehouse Team Members will also work closely with and receive direction from other company leadership as operational needs require.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming product
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and freight shipments
• Safely move and handle premium outdoor furniture
• Inspect products for quality, damage, accuracy, and completeness
• Assemble furniture and prepare products for shipment as needed
• Verify products and quantities against orders and shipping documents
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work areas
• Identify and communicate product, inventory, or operational issues
• Assist coworkers and other departments when additional support is needed
• Follow established safety and warehouse procedures
• Complete additional responsibilities as directed by the Warehouse Team Lead or company leadership

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, furniture, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
• Forklift or material-handling experience is a plus

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to handle heavier or larger furniture with assistance from another employee when necessary
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday
• Full-time, 40-hour work week
• Availability for overtime during peak/busy seasons

Compensation

$15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
