Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Educate customers about our products, including honey, herbs, and apitherapy offerings, fostering an engaging learning experience.
- Facilitate tastings and demonstrations to help customers explore our selection of natural wellness products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Manage sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Share knowledge about bees, honey production, herbal remedies, and apitherapy to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing educational events or workshops related to natural wellness topics.
Experience
