Role Description
This is a 10-99, on-site/remote role based in Atlanta Mero, GA, for a Security Agent at Threat Assessment Team. The Security Agent will be responsible for monitoring and implementing physical security measures, conducting surveillance, ensuring personnel safety, and managing access control systems. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service, responding to potential security incidents, and collaborating with others to secure events, venues, and sensitive locations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Physical Security and Personnel Security, ensuring the safety of individuals and securing physical spaces
- Proficiency in Security and Surveillance practices, including monitoring environments and identifying potential risks
- Strong Customer Service skills to maintain a professional and approachable presence when interacting with clients, colleagues, and the public
- Ability to follow protocols, respond to emergencies, and demonstrate good judgment under pressure
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security operations is a plus
- Excellent observational and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or law enforcement training are preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role
