Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated worker to add to our Embroidery Production team. Prior embroidery machine operator experience is highly preferred. There is the opportunity to join as a production assistant and potentially train to operator status without prior embroidery experience.
Duties
- Operate commercial embroidery machines to decorate garments including shirts, jackets, caps, bags and other apparel.
- Fabricate components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse.
- Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking fabric and materials used in production.
Experience
- Experience in apparel decorating with Tajima embroidery machine operation is preferred.
- Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
