Position: Sales Representative
Location: North Houston (near IAH Airport)
Job Type: Full-time, On-Site
Compensation is based on experience - (Salary plus commissions)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new customers and areas of growth, resulting in new business and an increase of year over year revenue. In addition, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, helping them find the right solutions and building lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a product knowledge expert for fasteners and gaskets.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes for products and services.
- Proactively follow up on leads and quotations.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Additional duties will be discussed during the interview.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Industry experience in fasteners, gaskets, or related fields is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and professionalism in presenting products to clients.
- Proven goal-setter with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized when managing leads and follow-ups.
- Team player who works well within a collaborative environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
