Essential Tasks:
- Fabricate product according to work order requirements.
- Always review information on ticket before beginning work.
- Always make sure ticket is attached to product before handing off to the next process.
- Always check quality before handing off product to the next process.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and maintenance schedules are met.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Knowledge about the equipment in the workroom.
- Knowledge about drapery structure and manufacturing process.
- Team player with organizational skills.
Expectations:
- Review and check for quality flaws throughout the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot any manufacturing issues that may arise.
- Be willing to learn and be cross-trained on different equipment and processes.
- Use teamwork to lift or move any heavy objects.
- Be on time to work.
