Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical Onboarding: Guide FinTech partners through the end-to-end technical integration
  
  

process, from early discovery and solution validation to implementation planning and go-live

readiness.

• Solution Design: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and external
  
  

partners to understand goals and design scalable solutions using our API platform. Play a key role

in product commercialization by ensuring both partner success and sales readiness.

• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our embedded platform’s technical
  
  

capabilities, including API architecture, authentication, webhooks, and system design patterns.

Provide consultative guidance during high-level technical calls and partner reviews.

• Implementation Support: Provide hands-on support to partner engineering teams during the build,
  
  

certification, test, and launch phases. Anticipate and troubleshoot integration challenges to keep

implementations on track.

• Artifact Creation: Develop and maintain technical resources such as integration guides, API
  
  

examples, best practices, FAQs, decision trees, and troubleshooting playbooks. Help scale

onboarding through repeatable tools and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a technical, “partner-facing” role within “Merchant Acquiring Payment” space (i.e.
  
  

Credit card and ACH Payment), such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical

Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Integration Manager

• 3 years of experience with gateway integrations, including NMI, Authorize.net, or similar
  
  

third-party platforms

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), webhook-based
  
  

architecture, and sandbox/testing environments

• Proven experience supporting embedded finance models, including ISVs, PayFacs, sponsor banks, or
  
  

BaaS platforms

• Bachelor’s degree
