What You'll Do

• Gather and document business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, user stories, and use cases.
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with user expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and validate requirements based on business value and feasibility.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI and Lucid to communicate findings effectively.
• Map and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate communication between IT and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead meetings and workshops to gather input, share progress, and drive consensus.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and testing strategies to support successful delivery.
• Embrace emerging business trends and technology to support innovation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes and supporting systems.
• Ability to leverage emerging technologies to solve business and technical challenges.
• Experience in documenting and validating business and technical requirements.
• Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• 7 years of experience in business analysis activities, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, meeting necessary deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Lucid, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
