As an Event Sales Representative, you'll be on the front line for Thrasher at Home Shows across the region, working the booth, qualifying homeowners, and booking appointments for our sales team. Every conversation is a chance to earn: you get a steady hourly base, and every lead and appointment puts more money in your pocket. If you're competitive, confident, and want serious earning potential without a full-time schedule, this is your floor.

• $18/hour base pay – you get paid for every hour you work the show
• Uncapped commission – $10 per qualified lead and $25 per booked appointment
• $25,000 OTE on a part-time schedule

Schedule: Part-time – about 2 home shows per month (typically Thursday–Sunday)

What You’ll Do: How You Win Every Show

• Stop traffic and start conversations – you’ll own the booth and work the aisle
• Qualify homeowners by uncovering their project needs, timeline, and decision-makers
• Capture lead information on an iPad and book in-home appointments on the spot
• Chase daily lead and appointment goals – and beat them
• Educate homeowners on our services and handle common questions and objections
• Share feedback from the floor with our sales and marketing teams
• Set up and tear down the booth display
  
  

The Schedule: What to Expect

• About 2 shows per month. Most home shows run Thursday through Sunday.
• Around 18 hours per show, usually spread over 3 days.
• Weekends are a must. Show dates change from month to month, so you’ll need a flexible schedule. We share the show calendar as far in advance as possible.
• Local travel. Shows are held at venues around the region – we reimburse your mileage.
  
  

Who You Are: What You Bring

• Sales, lead generation, retail, event, or customer-facing experience is a plus – but drive matters more than your résumé, and all experience levels are welcome
• Competitive and goal-driven – you like knowing that more effort means more pay
• Comfortable approaching strangers and able to shake off a “no” without missing a beat
• Available on weekends and flexible with a changing show calendar
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record
• At least 18 years old
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check
