This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with the superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project manager, superintendent, and administrative assistant on project activities.
- Utilize software tools to include Procore, Fast Track, and Sage.
- Assist in the construction estimating process by providing accurate measurements and material requirements.
- Participate in site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Skills
- Basic Estimating
- Ability to read plans and perform takeoffs
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Procore
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail in project management tasks.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
