The Regional Business Development Manager works closely with a cross-functional team of business development, marketing, and technical personnel to identify and cultivate relationships to support the organization's growth and long-term sustainability. - Develop and manage the regional business development plan to support the long-term sustainability of THP.
- Develop new client relationships to enhance the awareness of THP in the marketplace and create new revenue streams that enhance growth.
- Expand existing client relationships to further support the growth of THP and its partners.
- Gather market intelligence to support strategic business development initiatives and target ideal client opportunities.
- Coordinate staff to execute the regional business development plan and deliver a consistent THP value proposition.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of industry-related business development experience.
- Experience working with CRM databases.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with a varied audience.
- Team-oriented approach to achieving success.
