JOB DESCRIPTION:

Service Cashier/ Customer Assistance 

Our Dealerships seeks a full time, motivated, service cashier/customer service  to enhance our team!

Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to:

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
• Collect payments and properly charge the correct amounts.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
• Make outbound calls to customers 
• Answer and direct phone calls and make service reservations.
• Be able to handle a high volume of calls on multiple lines.
• support the team members through rotation and training 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High level of customer service skills.
• Ability to handle different types of money transactions.
• Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
• Must have the ability to multitask and take on different responsibilities throughout your workday.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays.
• Prior automotive cashier experience strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record.

Schedule:

• Schedule may include weekends.

Compensation:

Compensation is dependent on experience.
