Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Specialist located in Los Angeles, CA. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing vehicle parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and organizing and maintaining inventory control. They will work directly with customers to deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with parts inquiries, identifying needs, and providing recommendations. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with other departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on providing excellent client support
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Inventory Control, including maintaining accurate records and stock levels
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of automotive parts and familiarity with Toyota parts is a plus
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in a related field is advantageous
