Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing clear directions and information about the course and daily events
- Manage tee times efficiently, coordinating with players to ensure timely starts and smooth flow of play
- Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly, maintaining a positive atmosphere for all guests
- Assist with event management activities such as tournaments or special outings, ensuring seamless execution
- Enforce course rules and safety guidelines while fostering a welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels
- Support guest services by answering questions, providing course information, and assisting with food service or hospitality needs when required
Qualifications
- Experienced golfer with knowledge of the game of golf
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management environments

- Previous experience working with children or in a resort setting is a plus
