Responsibilities for this position:
Set up new programs and/or vendors in BOSS, OGM, Content and in referral portal (provide mp codes and policies to tech).
Digital tile set up and eligibility set up via file and API.
Set up engagement data exchange.
All activities require testing and working with the vendor to coordinate timelines and resources.
What does the ideal candidate background look like:
healthcare industry experience, preferably with an insurance company or digital health company; tech product or business product management experience.
What skills/attributes are required:
Clear communication skills to coordinate across companies; some business understanding of member eligibility data;
light technical skills to at least have a basic understanding of APIs, file exchange;
great project management skills to coordinate across multiple teams and external vendor teams.
Have worked to direct tech teams in the past to set up APIs, perform user acceptance testing, project/product management work.
