Position Summary:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a Solution Architect to lead the delivery of a robust foundational solution architecture to accelerate digital transformation, reduce total cost of ownership and contribute to our insurance ecosystem. The successful candidate will secure an opportunity to work with expert business analysts and showcase their excellence in the insurance domain.
  • As a Solution Architect, you will tap into the expertise of team and empower others to take ownership of their work. You will assist in the advancement of the property & casualty insurance industry with leading analytical skills and individual well-roundedness.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Large Program Engineering Delivery Ownership
  • Lead and govern large engineering programs involving complex builds, modernization, and integration transformation across multiple lines of business.
  • Own outcomes for large engagements; Delivery predictability and release governance, Defect leakage reduction and quality metrics; Architecture-led delivery, scalability, performance, security and resiliency controls; Program risk mitigation across dependencies and multi-vendor ecosystems
  • Drive standardized delivery approach using Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and SRE practices.
  • Ensure high-quality technical decision-making and delivery governance across distributed teams and partners.
  • Solutioning, Pre-Sales & Revenue Enablement
  • Lead solutioning for strategic pursuits: discovery, target architecture, delivery approach, costing and estimation.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions including: support RFP responses, solution orals, and proactive transformation proposals.
  • Build practice offerings aligned to Insurance SI needs and drive account expansion using scalable, reusable solutions.
  • Transformation Support & Architecture Leadership
  • Actively leads transformation initiatives by contributing domain and technical expertise.
  • Align solutions with the overall transformation roadmap and strategic goals.
  • Provide consultative input during opportunity assessment and execution phases.
  • Provide technology leadership across digital engineering, application modernization, API & integration ecosystems, cloud-native engineering
  • Drive best practices for architecture patterns, NFRs, code quality, observability and performance engineering.
  • Client Advisory & Onshore Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client senior leaders (VP/CXO levels) on application modernization, cloud transformation, and digital engineering strategy.
  • Lead client steering committees, architecture review boards, and executive governance forums.
  • Translate business objectives into engineering roadmaps with measurable outcomes.


What You Bring

  • 15 years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership, ideally in Technical Architect / Consulting environments.
  • 5 years in leadership roles covering Delivery / Practice / Portfolio / Architecture leadership.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within insurance domain (P&C/ Reinsurance) and familiarity with insurance platforms (Guidewire/Duck Creek/Socotra/Origami) is required
  • Demonstrated leadership in large development programs/projects, including multi-year and multi-release initiatives based on agile/waterfall, distributed engineering teams across geographies, modernization / rebuild / integration transformation programs, complex dependency management and multi-vendor environments
  • Prior executive stakeholder management experience gained from onsite engagements in US. Prefer exposure to global engagements such as UK / Australia (or similar international markets)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong expertise across at least 2–3 of: Digital Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Integration Engineering, Application Modernization.
  • Strong architecture and design capability (security, performance, resiliency, scalability, observability).
  • Applied skills in app development like Web API, Web Application, Azure Services, Angular/React and more. (.net Core)
  • Expert in designing, architecting, and delivering cloud-native solutions on PaaS, integration, and serverless technologies.
  • Ability to work with application architecture, tiers, layers, non-functional requirements (NFRs), APIs, and DevOps automation.
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Enterprise AI, Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Intelligent Automation, AI Strategy, Governance & Innovation.
  • Strong delivery governance using Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and release readiness practices.
