We are looking for a highly experienced Engagement Lead to drive a strategic consulting program for a Tier-1 US Financial Services client focused on Security Observability, SOC Transformation, and Risk Management.
This role is ideal for senior consulting professionals with strong expertise in Security Operations, SIEM/SOAR, Security Telemetry, Risk Platforms, and enterprise stakeholder management within banking or financial services environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Own end-to-end program delivery aligned to SOW, milestones, and fixed-price commitments
✔ Lead governance cadence with SOC, Security Engineering, DevSecOps, and Architecture stakeholders
✔ Facilitate discovery workshops and drive current-state assessments
✔ Coordinate cross-functional teams across Security Architecture, SOC, DevSecOps, Data, and UX
✔ Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change control processes
✔ Review and ensure quality of all client-facing deliverables and roadmap artifacts
✔ Present architecture strategies and implementation roadmaps to executive leadership
✔ Identify and shape follow-on implementation opportunities
🔹 Required Experience:
✔ 12 years of technology consulting experience
✔ 5 years leading Security, Observability, SIEM/SOAR, or Risk platform engagements
✔ Strong understanding of SOC / CTOC operating models and detection-response workflows
✔ Experience managing fixed-price consulting engagements for large financial institutions
✔ Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Expertise in security telemetry, vulnerability management, and observability architecture
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Experience working with Tier-1 US Banks
• Knowledge of KEV, EPSS, MITRE ATT&CK, and modern SOAR platforms
• Experience converting discovery engagements into implementation programs
