infrastructure is paramount. We’re seeking a Director of SRE to lead our SRE team, responsible for
ensuring the availability, scalability, and operational excellence of our analytics platform across
multi-cloud environments and Software customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 25 member platform SR organization in the Americas, fostering
- Define and execute the strategic vision and technical roadmap for SRE, driving reliability,
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build self-healing, highly available
- Drive automation-first SRE practices, leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform,
- Ensure ThoughtSpot’s analytics platform maintains high availability and low-latency
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies in cloud computing, big data, and AI-driven analytics,
What You Bring
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- 10 years of engineering leadership in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure, managing teams
- 5 years of experience in large-scale distributed systems.
- 4 years of experience in automation & observability, building tooling to reduce operational
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and develop top-tier SRE talent in a high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with programming/scripting (Python, Go, Java, or Ruby) to automate
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive technical alignment across
