Thoughtful Wellness, LLC is a small group practice for mental health in Ephrata, PA. We specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, working with our LGBTQIA community, and helping our community thrive. We opened in 2017 with just the practice founder on her own and have grown to include multiple clinicians and front office staff and we are continuing to grow and adapt to the needs of our community.
Role Description
If you consider yourself quirky, geeky, nerdy, rough around the edges, an oddball, or anything else that is not your typical therapist presentation, we're looking for you! Have you worked in an agency and HATE productivity? Or been told that you cannot close your caseload? We want you! We are a very laid back private practice in Ephrata where the referrals are pouring in and we can't handle them all.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Fully licensed so that they can take on the clients on the wait list with insurance right away.
* Not fully licensed but provisionally licensed (LAPC, LSW), and working towards full licensure? We're interested in you too!
* Trauma-informed. A specialization in trauma is not required, but as most of us are trained in trauma treatments, we do have a higher caseload and referral rate of trauma-based cases.
* Open mind regarding sexuality and gender identity. We are proud of who we are and who we represent! We attend four local Pride festivals each year and will expect your support at one or more of them.
* Curious and a love of learning. We love seeing our clinicians excited about the field, passionate about their niche in the field, or helping them figure out what that niche is.
* Evening and weekend availability is a great plus- lots of clients like the after work/school hours.
What do we offer in return?
* A W2 position with commission-based pay- you are paid a percentage of the fees collected from each session. The higher your license, the higher your percentage.
* An annual training stipend to keep you up-to-date on the latest and greatest our field has to offer.

* Flexible scheduling. We dictate very little of your schedule so if you're an early bird or night owl, no need to make yourself fit into a traditional business schedule.
* Supervision towards full licensure at no cost to you, no strings attached.
* We provide all the tools you need to do your job- the office (that you can decorate to your liking!), a laptop, phone services, access to a printer, fax services, staff kitchen, and a waitlist of clients to fill your caseload.
