JOB RESPONSIBILITIESLead Management:Call all incoming leads promptly to qualify them and determine their potential fit.Follow up consistently on past leads in the CRM system to nurture relationships and keep prospects engaged.Maintain and manage the CRM with detailed and accurate information on every lead.Organize and prioritize leads to ensure the acquisitions team works on the best opportunities.Schedule appointments for acquisition agents with qualified sellers.Follow-Up and Prospecting:Build strong rapport with leads to establish trust and foster relationships.Proactively contact leads who haven’t been recently engaged to re-establish communication.Conduct outreach to warm and cold leads as needed to generate new opportunities.Ensure no lead falls through the cracks by maintaining a structured follow-up schedule.Collaboration:Work closely with acquisitions agents to relay important lead details and maximize appointment conversion.Provide regular updates to the team on lead pipeline performance.Participate in team meetings to review progress, challenges, and strategies.Company DescriptionWe are a local real estate investment company who buy off market foreclosure properties.
