Duties
- Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move materials throughout the facility
- Conduct routine inspections of materials and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist in machining, carpentry, or millwork tasks as needed for fabrication projects
- Support warehouse activities including loading, unloading, and organizing materials and supplies
- Follow safety protocols during all assembly and fabrication processes to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently and accurately
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication techniques
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing, machining, or carpentry processes
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse handling equipment (certification preferred)
- Familiarity with materials handling, assembly lines, and manufacturing workflows
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or blueprints for assembly or fabrication tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
