Who do we work for and what do we do?
- We work with commercial and custom home builders in the area to site prep, install drainage, and finish landscape their communities & homes
- Our group installs retaining walls, boulder walls, patios, walkways, driveways, outdoor kitchens, artificial turf, etc.
- Service commercial maintenance properties
- Erosion control
- Stream restoration
What Equipment do we operate?
- 85U Hitachi excavator
- 50U Hitachi excavator
- T590 Bobcat skid steers
- T64 Bobcat skid steer
- MT100 mini skid steers
- Gravely mowers (stand-up & sit down) as well as a walk behind various heavy equipment attachments
What is a general list of job responsibilities?
- Will be required to follow safety policies set forth by the company.
- Will be required to be in company uniform, and wear the proper safety gear as required
- Responsible for loading materials and equipment and departing shop by target time each morning
- Responsible for pruning, mulching, installing plants and sod
- Responsible for mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, etc. customers properties within budgeted time
- Responsible for installation of plant material, sod, irrigation, drainage, brick, stone.
- Responsible for digging trenches, holes, footers, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring properties are maintained to the high level of quality
- Responsible for keeping trucks and equipment clean and presentable
- Responsible for maintaining tools and equipment and reporting issues
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and able to work at a fast pace all year, including the heat of the summer.
