Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fire Sprinkler Estimator role based in Brentwood, CA. Responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems projects, collaborating with builders, architects, and project teams to develop project scopes, and reviewing blueprints or specifications for detailed analysis. The role also involves staying updated on industry standards, managing timelines, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and technical documents
- Experience in cost estimation, project planning, and budgeting for fire sprinkler or construction projects
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, architects, and project teams
- Proficient in industry-related software; familiarity with fire sprinkler systems is preferred
- Knowledge of fire protection systems and compliance with regulatory codes
