Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sprinkler Foreman based in Las Vegas, NV. The Sprinkler Foreman will oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems. Responsibilities include supervising a team, operating heavy equipment, conducting site preparations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, scheduling and assigning tasks, and maintaining project timelines. The Foreman will also collaborate with other trades as needed and maintain communication with management regarding project updates.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and task delegation
- Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Proficient communication skills for coordinating work and providing project updates
- Carpentry and general maintenance skills relevant to sprinkler system installation
- Knowledge of safety practices and an OSHA 10 is required
- Ability to manage on-site personnel and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Prior experience in mechanical contracting or sprinkler system installation is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications are a plus
