Project Manager Responsibilities
- Identify, track, manage, resolve, and communicate project issues during construction
list to resolution.
- Communication with field personnel and Field Manager
- Retains full project responsibility for coordination and schedule.
- Oversee project progression from inception to completion including design permits,
- Attends project related meetings, coordination efforts, etc., as needed.
- Order All CAD/Water Flow
- Draft/Review All RFIs.
- Reviews work orders/purchase orders, prepare and maintain project schedule.
Skills and Qualifications
- Nicet I Certification Minimum or Willingness to Complete Nicet I Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
- Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
