Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a cargo van to deliver products to our locations in Austin, TX
- Shift is 6pm-330am - 4 days a week - Overtime is available
- Ensure accurate delivery by verifying orders and obtaining necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, offering assistance, and representing the company professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including stacking pallets, moving inventory, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after routes to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Assist with inventory management by recording deliveries, updating logs, and reporting discrepancies or damages
- Working in Packaging & Fulfillment Department, packaging food products according to company policies
Skills:
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, heavy lifting, and moving items efficiently up to 50lbs
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks with manual transmission
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, lifting heavy objects, and warehouse operations
- Excellent driving record with experience in commercial driving environments
