Wholesale Inside Sales Representative
Thoroughbred Diesel – Winchester, KY
Full-Time | In-Office
Thoroughbred Diesel is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Wholesale (B2B) team.
This is not a retail counter job. This is relationship-driven, business-to-business sales inside the diesel performance industry.

If you don’t yet, but you’re driven, coachable, and passionate about trucks, we will train you.
Compensation
This role has a wide earning potential based on experience and performance.
Base pay performance incentives.

What You’ll Do
- Build, foster, and grow long-term relationships with wholesale accounts
- Educate customers on product selection, application, and best practices
- Provide complete solutions, not just part numbers
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Proactively follow up and grow existing accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
This role requires someone who understands that sales is not just “selling parts.”
It’s consultative.
If a customer is buying one component, you should be thinking:
“If you’re buying this, you should also consider replacing this.”
We’re looking for someone who can educate customers, protect their builds, and increase account value through smart recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term business relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Passion for diesel trucks and performance is highly preferred
- Proficient with Windows, MS Office, email, and internet systems
