Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community networking.
- Conduct retail sales presentations to inform customers about our products and services, emphasizing value and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that align with customer needs while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and personalized communication.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as tracking leads, updating customer records, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and service improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
